Jennifer Davis has been an employee with Kaleida Health for over twelve years. Having worked various positions within the Healthcare network-including long-term patient care, CNA, PCA and currently a phlebotomy technician; she has become expertly familiar with policies which create the ideal Kaleida workplace. Jennifer’s professional and civic activity over the past fourteen years on the community, political and education fronts only add to her ability to strategically plan, budget, negotiate, interpret strategies and conduct negotiations-always with the best interests of her constituents.

Her dedication and experience is what will ensure and remind all employees that they are in integral part of what makes our CWA local 1168 a success.

Jennifer Davis has earned an Electrical Engineering diploma from Seneca Vocational High School and an A.A.S. in Education from Villa Maria College; achieved various awards and certificates of accomplishments.
